Born and raised in Santa Rosa, California, Fermin is an active member of the community. Throughout his early education, he attended all local schools and went on to graduate from San Diego State University and received a bachelor’s degree in International Business with an emphasis in Management, Latin America and Spanish.
He started his real estate career in 2007, a very challenging and volatile time to get started as many families and individuals were losing their homes. Realtors and Lenders were exiting the business and he believed it was the perfect time to get started, as both buyers and sellers needed someone to educate them during the challenging time. He worked with an investment group that bought and flipped a few hundred homes and he himself has flipped homes and owns a few investment properties.
