About Logan Francavilla

Born and raised in Sonoma County, Logan truly appreciates the exquisite beauty and opportunity that wine country has to offer. Logan attended Montgomery High School in Santa Rosa and then moved on to attend Santa Rosa Junior College. While at the JC, Logan continued his love for football, but his sports career was cut short due to injuries and concussions. After attending the JC, Logan transferred to San Diego State University where he majored in Business Entrepreneurship. He has always been very actively involved in sports even throughout college. At SDSU, Logan joined the mountain bike team where he competed in the collegiate downhill races.

While attending San Diego State, Logan dove into his real estate career when he began working as an intern for a real estate investment company. After completing his internship and graduating college, he moved back to Santa Rosa where he began working one on one with a real estate investor. After learning all about the investment side of real estate, Logan realized he had a stronger passion to become a Realtor where he could work directly with people to help them find their dream home. He is passionate about helping people and enjoys leading the way through real estate transactions while educating his clients through the process. His kind and easy-going personality is what draws people to Logan and strengthens their trust in him.

Logan cares deeply about those around him and is very family-oriented. He remains very close with his parents who live here in Santa Rosa, and his sister who is finishing up her college degree at Chico State University. In his free time, Logan enjoys doing anything and everything outdoors and is active! He enjoys playing basketball, football, mountain biking at Annadel State Park, and snowboarding in the winter. He is also the varsity running back coach at Santa Rosa High School. And of course, Logan remains interested in the investment side of real estate and enjoys investing/trading stocks and stock options.

It wasn’t a difficult decision for Logan to move back to Sonoma County after college. He admires the central location, wonderful climate, beautiful views, and outdoor opportunities that this beautiful area offers. He also enjoys the friendly nature and laid-back vibe of the people here. Growing up locally has gifted Logan with extensive knowledge of the area and the various neighborhoods, which allows him to successfully guide Buyers from all over to where they ultimately want to be.
